LLM International Private Law - новейшая программа на английском языке. Она позволит изучить возможности преодоления коллизий отечественного и зарубежного права в сфере международной торговли, страхования, защиты интеллектуальных прав, корпоративных и иных частных отношений трансграничного характера.
С 1 сентября 2013 года на юридическом факультете РУДН впервые открывается программа магистратуры "Международное частное право" на английском языке. Срок обучения 2 года. Квалификация выпускника: «Магистр юриспруденции».

The program has been designed to provide students with knowledge in critical core international business law courses while also creating the opportunity for students to pursue their own academic interests through elective courses.
The program is aimed at recently graduated lawyers and junior practitioners in its main markets who over the years have proven to be very interested in the fields of business law and arbitration. It will give lawyers the practical and theoretical skills necessary to deal with business problems and dispute resolution including arbitration in an international or national context.
This two-years, full-time Professional LLM program is designed to give law graduates and lawyers from around the world advanced training in international private law.
It provides an opportunity for our students to specialize in fields not fully covered in their previous law experience; to broaden their knowledge of their current field of practice; or to explore new areas of interest in legal practice.

Students have the option of applying for two-month unpaid internships in settings such as law firms and legal departments of corporations. The internship qualifies as a 10 credit course. These internships are intended to provide students with the opportunity to experience what it is like to work in a Russian legal setting and to apply the knowledge and skills learned throughout the course of the LLM program.
The university provides access to a variety of ways for scientific development:

The Annual Willem c. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot
LL.M. program provides students with an opportunity to take part in Vis Moot – the largest and oldest competition in international commercial arbitration and advocacy skills. Since 1994 it is held annually in Vienna and Hong-Kong. In 2013 292 universities from 67 countries took part in Vis Moot.
