Приобщение детей-мигрантов к образовательной системе Российской Федерации — обязательное условие их социализации в обществе, а также залог успешного экономического развития страны в будущем. Однако в процессе социализации детей-мигрантов возникает ряд проблем в педагогической области, в вопросах защиты прав детей и сфере миграционного законодательства. В российском законодательстве понятие «ребенок-мигрант» не выделено в отдельную категорию, что становится проблемой при практическом применении норм права к данной категории иностранных граждан. Целью статьи является анализ практики применения правовых норм в вопросах, затрагивающих статус ребенка-мигранта, и выявление основных наиболее эффективных механизмов адаптации детей-мигрантов в российское общество.

Legal Mechanisms of Adaptation and Socialization of Migrant Children in Russia

Integrating migrant children into the educational system of the Russian Federation is a prerequisite for their socialization and contributes to the country's successful economic development in the future. However, there are several challenges in the process of socializing migrant children, including in the field of education, child rights protection, and migration legislation. In Russian legislation, the concept of a migrant child is not explicitly defined, which poses difficulties in applying legal norms to this category of foreign citizens. The purpose of this article is to analyze the practice of applying legal norms in matters related to the status of a migrant child and to identify the main and most effective mechanisms for adapting migrant children to Russian society.
